About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our Infrastructure Engineering group at Zapier. As the Director of Infrastructure Engineering, you'll be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams in building, supporting, and evolving our infrastructure, services, and developer tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with executives and peers to develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy
  • Drive the development of data-driven approaches to measuring delivery velocity and quality
  • Participate in and improve our incident management process
  • Work closely with other engineering leaders to deliver software projects and address development pain points
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive strategic decision-making and execution
  • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
  • Passion for building products and services that enable customers and stakeholders
