Sally Beauty Holdings Assistant Store Manager
Sally Beauty Holdings is a leading beauty retailer, and we're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Assume responsibility for store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Monitor and control expenses, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
