About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Services Representative to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' beauty goals and preferences, and recommend tailored beauty solutions to meet their needs.
  • Perform Beauty Services: Deliver a wide range of beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and other personalized beauty services.
  • Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, and provide demonstrations to our clients.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora, and share your knowledge with our clients.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Collaborate with our sales team to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
  • Knowledge about trending beauty products and services.
  • Passion for client service and selling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
