We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Whitby Oshawa Honda. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase customer loyalty.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year. You will work Monday to Friday in person and enjoy flexible scheduling and paid time off. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and engage new customers.">
  • Work closely with internal leadership and vendors to determine priorities and monthly budgets.">
  • Manage dealership event planning, including sales events, model launches, customer appreciation events, and sponsorship activations throughout the year.">
  • Serve as a liaison between General Managers, Director of Marketing, and department heads to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.">
  • Oversee and manage dealership sponsorship/partner opportunities, vendor performance evaluation, and local campaign coordination with Manufacturer Marketing Representatives.">
  • Maintain and update dealership websites, manage email blasts, advertising Co-Op Programs, and local listings and social media sites.">
  • Prepare and present monthly advertising reports tracking website traffic, showroom traffic, sales, internet leads, phone calls, and other key metrics.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital tactics and data analysis. You should also possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to present metrics and results to senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and automotive experience is a plus but not necessary.
