We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic real estate sales professional to join our team at KW Signature/KW Edge. As a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results.
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a consistent record of sales success.
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and can travel by car.
- Bonus if you love learning about Real Estate Investment properties.
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred.
