We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at MacLeod House Baddeck. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience in a nursing home or home for the aged setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and documenting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, assessing patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, and delivering immunization programs. They will also be responsible for dispensing and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, providing nursing care, and supervising licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff. The successful candidate will be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work and will have a First Aid Certificate. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent oral and written communication skills. The work conditions and physical capabilities of this role include attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a team environment. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
