What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the dynamic print industry. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver with extensive knowledge of the print industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with Jukebox's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform front-of-house reception duties as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and determination to complete tasks
  • Customer Support experience: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
  • Print/Graphic Communications experience: 1 year
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Bachelor's Degree
