**Your Role**

You'll primarily support stakeholders building integrations and facilitate usage of the Dialpad developer platform. You'll work with engineering teammates and product leaders to understand the Dialpad Ecosystem, APIs, services, and integrations. Using this knowledge, you will support external partners, ISVs, and Dialpad customers in building customized solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Dialpad customers & business partners in developing bespoke solutions using the Dialpad platform.
  • Establish efficient communication channels with core partners & developers.
  • Provide technical solutions including code samples, architecture diagrams, and step-by-step guidelines solving for unique customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve problems for new & existing stakeholders.
  • Write compelling & simple to understand technical documentation & guides/tutorials.
