As a Pharmacy Assistant with London Drugs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy managers with daily operations, including customer service and front counter duties
  • Process prescriptions and prepare medications accurately and efficiently
  • Order and receive drug orders, and manage pharmacy inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries


Requirements:



  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and as part of a team
