About the Role

As a Finance Relationship Manager at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of your clients and colleagues.

Your primary responsibility will be to adopt a friendly approach, listen actively, and offer a people-centric experience for branch clients. This includes greeting clients and answering questions, helping them use our banking applications and ABMs, listening to their needs, and resolving complex situations.

You will also give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, demonstrating your ability to build lasting business relationships and ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

About You

We are looking for someone with a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity. A positive attitude, empathy for clients, interest in technology, and the ability to adapt to different situations are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you'll be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits, including health and wellness programs, group insurance, pension plans, employee share ownership plans, employee and family assistance programs, and preferential banking services.
