Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and sales
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including marketing and lead generation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary education as a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in customer service, administration, and sales, with a strong focus on business development
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
