Assistant Manager

Rainbow Gas Shell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to meet our business needs.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
