Assistant Manager

Rainbow Gas Shell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to ensure that our store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Rainbow Gas Shell is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
