Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. If you have a strong background in mechanical and analytical skills, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for optimal performance.
  • Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues and maintain production continuity.
  • Maintain attention to detail throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay job instructions and coordinate tasks.
  • Exhibit an excellent eye for color and pass a color blindness test to ensure accurate color reproduction.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma an asset.
  • 1 year proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time during press operation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proven history of personal responsibility and accountability.
  • Able to report to an afternoon shift.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
