Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Create and manage marketing content across various platforms including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Design promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • MSc in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive, not less than 2 years of experience in marketing and promotion, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Experience in sales of products or services.
  • Strong background in relationship management and market analysis.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Languages:
  • English.
  • Any additional language proficiency is an asset.
Certifications:
  • Relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
