Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Merchandising and Inventory
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately recorded and that stock levels are up-to-date.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Financial Management
- Manage cash and oversee payroll administration, ensuring that financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, using this information to inform business decisions.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
