Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Manage cash handling procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of store assets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, or gas bar.
