About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing customized mobility solutions to our clients, ensuring their safety and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the most suitable mobility devices for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities in our community, expanding our network and creating new opportunities.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to various locations, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences, to demonstrate our products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, sales, marketing, or a related program.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the accessibility equipment industry.
  • Innovation: Possess problem-solving skills, expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs, and the ability to generate new leads.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a clean criminal background check.
