We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K/Shell. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and evaluating store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Manage and develop a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
