We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including merchandise items, prices, and brands
  • Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and merchandise presentation standards are maintained
  • Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and has the proper supplies in place
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
