Food Service Supervisor

At Wainwright Burger Baron & Twins Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
