Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
