Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as the Senior Manager, Office of the Chief Executive, providing strategic support to the REO in the administration and business management of the HSE. This role requires excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate the Office of the REO and ensure the REO is fully briefed and prepared for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration and business operations of the HSE, ensuring the REO has the necessary support to discharge their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of meetings, including advance preparation and briefing of the REO.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of the REO.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on risk compliance and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience at a senior level managing the application of control frameworks and designing and evaluating controls.
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering organizational change in complex environments.
  • Experience in monitoring risk compliance and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to undertake the duties of the office, with a high standard of suitability and management ability.
