Culinary Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Operations:
    • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Supervision of Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
    • Training and Development: Provide training and support to help staff develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Inventory Management and Quality Control:
    • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen stock, including ordering and receipt of supplies.
    • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
