Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Mobile Maintenance team in the shop, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Key duties include:

  • Aiding in shop upkeep, including cleaning floors and emptying receptacles
  • Delivery and pickup of parts around the site
  • Washing equipment prior to servicing
  • Moving major components to designated locations
  • Assisting mechanics with various tasks as required
  • Demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment, fostering trust, respect, and diversity
  • Prior experience in mining or mobile maintenance is an asset
