We are seeking a professional and friendly host/hostess, food service to join our team at Kungfu Restaurant.



Overview

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They must be able to multitask, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide exceptional customer service.



Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Our restaurant offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.



Job Responsibilities


  • Order and Receive Supplies: The host/hostess, food service will be responsible for ordering and receiving liquor and other supplies, as well as maintaining accurate inventories.
  • Customer Service: They will greet customers, answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, and address any complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Seating Arrangements: The host/hostess, food service will attend to seating arrangements for large groups and ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Payments and Reservations: They will receive payments from customers and handle reservations in a timely and efficient manner.


In addition to these responsibilities, the host/hostess, food service may also be required to perform other duties as needed.



Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and some experience in the food service industry. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
