Job Title: Bricklayer Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Masonry. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of bricklayers and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of bricklayers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency on construction sites
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on bricklaying and supervision
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites
