  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze data and prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues That May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages: Respond to customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate sales staff, promoting teamwork and productivity.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and timely payment of wages.
