Watson's Home Hardware Building Centre is a family owned and operated retail business with six locations located in Southwestern Ontario. Specializing in lumber and building material, Watson's strive to be the preferred one-stop shop for all home renovation and building needs.

We are hiring a Lumber Sales Associate to support our Contractor Sales Desk at our Clinton location. Responsibilities will include:

- Quoting lumber and building material for DIY Customers and Contractors;
- Assisting customers with finding product within the store;
- Sharing various product knowledge with customers as it relates to plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior finishings, windows and doors;
- Ordering special order items and follow up with customer when product has arrived;
- Answering incoming phone calls;
- Working with all departments within Watson's to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer satisfaction;
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous lumber and building material knowledge;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to multi-task, work in a face paced environment, work both as a team and independently;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work every other Saturday.
