Job Title: Market Assistant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Assistant Manager to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the store, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales plan and develop associates to achieve company objectives.
  • Utilize reporting tools and business acumen to identify and address gaps in performance and capitalize on successes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to associates to create an inspirational and motivating work environment.
  • Acquire talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Market Manager.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by maximizing all company tools.
  • Consistently execute brand standards and maintain store merchandising standards.
  • Stay current on new products in both fashion and performance using company learning tools.
  • Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate brand strategy and promotions to the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Previous leadership experience of 1+ years.
  • Detail-oriented and able to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.
