Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Parvisinvest is a technology-driven alternative investing platform that promotes greater access to institutional quality investment opportunities. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the preparation and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify financial risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of corporate finance experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Start-up experience (nice to have).
  • CPA/CFA or other finance designation (nice to have).
