Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a strong background in baking techniques and food safety regulations. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bakery operations, including ingredient ordering and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and food safety.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Requirements:
