Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Life SalonSpa Dartmouth.
Job Summary:The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and direct guests to contacts or service areas, provide basic information, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges.
- Communication: Provide excellent oral and written communication, and maintain efficient interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and time management skills.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available for the advertised start date.
