We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Life SalonSpa Dartmouth.
Job Summary:The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Relay information to clients, staff, and management as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain work records, logs, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Urban area, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, spa.
