About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sushi Chef Trainee to join our team at Bamboo Sushi Lloyd.

Job Description

This is an entry-level position where you will learn the art of sushi making and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with various dietary requirements.

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
