Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Hut Barrhead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing sales floor activities, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal customer service and sales performance.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase liquor products to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of liquor products.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
