Security Supervisor

MGL PROTECTION SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel and clients.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including incident reports and performance metrics.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that security personnel are aware of and comply with work conditions and physical capabilities, including standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Foster a culture of efficiency, initiative, and organized behavior among security personnel.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
