Security Supervisor

Athens Security Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Job Summary:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to management and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures, including emergency response plans and incident reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments, including facilities, human resources, and operations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols, including first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to management and other stakeholders, including security breaches, theft, and other security-related incidents.
- 3+ years of experience in security management, including supervisory experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
- Valid security certifications, such as SIA or PSIA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
