Responsibilities
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
  • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings to ensure optimal growth conditions.
  • Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage to prevent the spread of pests and diseases.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain optimal moisture levels.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Reliability, team player, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
