Job Title: Greenhouse Horticulturist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Horticulturist to join our team at GrowCo. As a Greenhouse Horticulturist, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage to prevent the spread of pests and diseases.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain optimal moisture levels.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to ensure accurate and efficient work.
