Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobil Gas Station Hamilton. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and display of merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels and visual merchandising.
  • Authorize Returns and Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail or supervisory role.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
