Job Summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Coordinator to support the company's ESG data management and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a central database of ESG-related metrics to support current state reporting requirements.
  • Supporting the assessment of ESG data management technology solutions to ensure compliance with mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze sustainability data and metrics for product Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) modeling.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sustainability performance metrics.
  • Supporting the integration of sustainability practices into operations, processes, and product development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the lubricants or energy industries with exposure to operations, systems management, environmental and data management systems.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent data analytical skills and research skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into key insights.
  • Understanding of ESG disclosure frameworks, GHG reporting standards, and reporting guidelines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and develop and maintain positive rapport with different stakeholders.
