Job Title: Key Employee/Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Employee/Server to join our team at Beaumont Kitchen. As a Key Employee/Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
  • Work on the floor in a management capacity, including door, food run, and speaking to guests.
  • Liaise with guests to ensure their needs are met and they have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, including completing opening and closing checklists.
  • Organize sections and floor plans to ensure efficient service and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with new hire training and orientation, ensuring our new team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Participate in manager meetings to stay informed and contribute to the success of the restaurant.
  • Read and understand daily logbooks and accounting practices to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Pass on important information to managers during shifts to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications:
  • Supervisory or management experience in a similar environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extreme organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload.
