Beaumont Kitchen seeks a Key Employee to join their management team, responsible for supervising restaurant staff and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the floor in a management capacity, including door duties, food runs, and guest interactions
  • Liaise with guests to ensure exceptional service
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including key holding and checklist completion
  • Organize sections and floor plans to optimize efficiency
  • Assist with new hire training and orientation
  • Participate in manager meetings as needed
  • Review daily logbooks and stay up-to-date on accounting and cash handling practices
  • Communicate effectively with managers during shifts

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory or management experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload
