Job Title:
Recruitment Consultant / Associate – Architecture, Design & Building Engineering Sector

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing high-quality candidates to generating relationships and partnering with clients in the architecture, design, and building engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for architecture, design, and building engineering roles.
  • Source and engage with qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and clients through cold calls, meetings, emails and other correspondence
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, job specifications, and career progression.
  • Drive your own recruitment strategy, set your goals, and take ownership of your success.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within architecture, design, or engineering industries.
  • A strong understanding of the talent needs and career paths in these sectors.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment with a focus on achieving high performance.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work-Permit)
