Dining Room Care Manager

About the Role:
The Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas. This role is a key part of our team, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dining service to residents, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
- Assist with training team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain proper dining room setup, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in special events, making every occasion a memorable one.
- Monitor checklists to ensure the dining area is clean, ready, and meets our standards.
- Assist in table top inventory maintenance, ensuring we have everything we need.
- Handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements:
- High School diploma preferred / GED accepted.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational, time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
