Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Beausejour Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.
Main Responsibilities:- Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register arrivals, assign rooms, and provide hotel information to guests.
- Reservations and Departures: Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes; process departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Answer telephones, relay calls and messages, and provide assistance to guests with special needs.
- Deliver wake-up calls.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
Benefits and Salary InformationOur salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
