About the Role
A Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers throughout their financial journey. This includes taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, educating them on relevant financial solutions, and building comprehensive plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with customers in a relatable way, provide expert advice, and develop personalized financial strategies. They will also be responsible for developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and a Mutual Funds licence and CIFP Diploma. They will also have the appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and a collaborative team environment.
