Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Fort St. John Hospital. As a key member of our Medical/Surgical Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assist with assessment and clerical duties, and perform related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the unit. If you are a motivated and caring LPN with a passion for delivering patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical/Surgical Unit and other nursing units as assigned
  • Assist with assessment, direct patient care, and clerical duties related to the work of the Unit
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Perform related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the unit
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Current certification
