Job Title: Drywall Finisher Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher Specialist to join our team at MDP Contracting & Solutions LTD.

About the Role

This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and handle heavy loads. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying successive coats of compound, sanding seams and joints, and completing various tasks related to drywall installation and finishing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while on the job site.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
